The IoT Banker Experience
This project explored the banker experience for JP Morgan Chase using the latest IoT technology to create an actual showroom to communicate their vision for the future.
I led the design proposal for this project, including the research approach, methods, deliverables, and resources. The research team used previous knowledge gathered at Harman International in fintech to highlight pain points in the traditional bankers' journey and propose a new one facilitated with the latest available technology.
